The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Please do not send your purchased products back to the manufacturer.

Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be credited to your bank account or original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
Imported products are not eligible for refunds if they have been opened or used.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
